Green Dot Savings and Credit Cooperative was established in September 2010 with the objective of providing a mechanism for Deloitte current and former staff in Uganda to save and borrow at low cost in order to meet the employees’ socio-economic needs. It has evolved over the years, and still strives to improve its performance. Over the years, the Society has registered great growth in savings and loans to members. This has been possible due to commitment of the Board members, dedicated staff, and total support by members. The SACCO stands out as one of the best managed staff SACCOs in the country and has realized reasonable growth while consistently providing dividends to its members.
